Q-link silicone has its own material formula testing laboratory with professional measuring equipment providing precise DFM+CPK reports. Some of other tests we can run include evaluations of polymer materials, vinyl and phenyl content, elemental analysis, and tests using a rubber processing analyzer. As such, we can ensure the correct proportions of silicone, rubber, and other additives in a particular type of product.
